Users and Employees with a valid email address and phone number will receive notifications pertaining to the following actions:

When user accounts are created, they can be sent instructions on how to log into their account. (Email)

When a Job is assigned to a user they will be provided with the option to accept the job. (SMS)

When a Purchase Order needs approval, Aimsio will notify the designated (“assigned”) approver and allow them to view and approve the order. (SMS)
- Approvers are also notified via email and can download the unapproved PDF, but need to log into Aimsio to approve it.

When a Task is first assigned or when a Task Watcher has been assigned and the status of the Task has been marked as complete. (SMS)

When a Ticket or Timesheet is re-opened, the user responsible for submitting the form it will be notified. (SMS)

When a Dispatch confirmation request is sent to selected employees, they will be provided the option to confirm their assignment. (SMS)

When sending a direct message to selected crew using Aimsio’s Dispatch Module. (SMS + Email)

Aimsio will notify a selected client contact when requesting a document approval through Aimsio’s Client Portal. (Email)

Client Portal approvers can also receive a daily email reminder of pending approvals if they make an Aimsio account.

Users can choose to receive a SMS or email notification once a document they have sent for approval gets approved through our Client Portal.

All notifications are sent from a no-reply address or number. This notifications are automated and currently cannot be disabled per user.
Each Aimsio module that handles notifications will have its own assigned number. In other words, Aimsio’s Dispatch notifications will be delivered from the same number, while Aimsio’s Purchase Order notifications will have a different number. These numbers will be different in each of your environments (Sandbox & Production).
