We provide accounts up to 5 configurable Safety Forms with the help of our Professional Services team. Forms are available on our web portal and for users in the field using Android or iOS.
How to Create a Safety Form
- Navigate to Safety Forms using Aimsio’s left sidebar and select New Safety Form on the top right.
- Select one of the Form Types available and click Create
Safety forms will vary in relation to the general requirements of each form. Any fields can be made required and generally include a set of client-defined checks.
Field Level Hazard Assessment - It’s possible to add an itemized list of hazards or incidents, classify severity and log a planned resolution.
- In order to submit a form, a number of signoffs can be introduced as required fields. Signatures of employees onsite can also be logged directly onto the form.
