Aimsio provides quick access to our documentation using an AI Assistant available from the Help Icon located on bottom right of your screen. This service is only available for Aimsio’s web users and not currently supported on iOS or Android.
Click on Search our Product Guide to use keywords and search for articles available on the Help Center. Alternatively, users can ask a direct question about a specific feature in your Aimsio account to use our AI Assitant.
Can I Move or Hide the Help Center Icon?
It is not possible to permanently move or hide the Help Center icon, but we’ve made it as small as possible as to not obstruct the view of your account. If the icon is blocking important information, customize the layout of your listing page by clicking and dragging columns to a more accessible location. Aimsio will remember these changes the next time you view the page.
