Before using your Production account, ensure your users are comfortable with Aimsio by having them complete a series of training tasks in your Sandbox environment first.
Aimsio Essentials accounts should consider the following Sandbox training tasks:
Have admin users add a Billable Item and create a Price Book.
Have admin users add a new Company or Contact.
Simulate a recent Job by creating that Job in Aimsio.
Review our Form Fundamentals guide.
Review our Adaptive Reports guide.
Have field teams complete and submit a Timesheet using our iOS or Android app.
Have your supervisors edit a submitted Timesheet and change its Review Status.
Have your billing team convert Timesheet hours to a Ticket.
Have each web user complete and submit a form (Timesheet or Ticket).
Send a Ticket through our Client Portal to a staff member simulating one of your customers.
Have your AR team add Sales Tax to a Job and create an invoice.
