Our platform, Aimsio, is a business-to-business (B2B) service used by companies to manage their field operations. The text messages sent from our system are a core function of the service and may include:

The Aimsio platform is a service provided to business clients (Employers). Phone numbers for end-users (Employees) are collected and managed in the following way:

Numbers are Added by Employers: End-user phone numbers are entered into our secure platform by their employer, who is a direct customer of Aimsio Inc.

Employer Certification of Consent: By entering an employee’s phone number into the Aimsio system, our customer certifies that they have obtained the necessary and explicit consent from their employee to receive these job-related text messages. This consent is managed as part of the employment agreement between our customer and their employee.
Aimsio Inc. does not collect phone numbers directly from end-users.
How to Opt-Out and Get Help
We respect your right to control the messages you receive. You can manage your subscription at any time using the following standard keywords:

To opt-out: To stop receiving all SMS messages from our service, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation message, and then you will be unsubscribed.
