The biggest update this release has to do with saving forms. You can now save forms as you go. Use the fancy new “Save” button at the bottom of your forms and you’ll no longer lose progress on your forms. We’re so proud of this new feature there’s an entire blog about it. In addition to the new save button, you are also now able to save an open form, even if you don’t have all the fields filled out. And yup, you guessed it, you can read about it in the blog too.
Bug Fixes

- Some people were experiencing a problem with completing actions on bulk invoices. The problem was more or less that the bulk action wasn’t being saved. We bet that was pretty annoying, eh? Well it’s been fixed.
iOS
- The app was crashing for some of ya’ll during task creation. We did not mean to do that.
Android

There was a bug for some of you that was causing report pages to load indefinitely, basically freezing the app. This has been solved.

WBS deliverables were not being pulled into certain jobs on Android. This has been fixed.

We remembered to fix a problem that was causing an “Out of memory error”.
Improvements

You’ll notice that now, only images can be uploaded in image field types. This is because images are the only things that are images, and therefore the only things that can be uploaded as images.

Cost sheet tables now have a footer row that displays the total of the items in the table.

You now have the option to select a different Price Book when calculating Non-Billable $. Furthermore, you can choose to include NRBs in the Non-Billable $…or not. Whatever you feel like.

The cool thing about portals is that they take you to a different dimension, or a different world even. However, the cool thing about our Client Portal is that we have made three improvements to it:

If your customer declines a document, we know about it and update the status accordingly so you aren’t left in the lurch.

The Signature field is now separate from the Stamp field.

The Document No. and Document Date field are added to the signature page to provide a better link to the actual document.

You can now decide to flag some payroll rules so that they don’t go through RT/OT/DT logic. This is useful if you want to mark the RT/OT/DT manually in the timesheet.

The items displayed in some drop down picker menus were not in alphabetical order - causing you to have to randomly guess the order of the items. They are now displayed from A-Z…not M-D-F-P-A-X.

There is better filtering functionality as it relates to Roles.
