Master Data
Our plan to provide accounts with visible version tracking for Master Data items is progressing.
Starting this week, we’ve begun tracking changes made to Companies and Users.
If changes are made to your account’s Master Data, Aimsio will start storing them. Accounts will have access to a view history of changes to Master Data items, later this month.
We are currently tracking changes to Billable Items, Equipment, Locations, Companies, Users and Employees.
Equipment Work Orders
Equipment Work Orders that have been linked to a Job Number will now be accessible from the Forms tab under a Job.
We’ve also included ‘Totals’ on the Equipment Work Order form, making it easier to see costs at a glance.
