What’s new in version 24.25
In this year’s final release we introduce more features to help speed up the completion of web forms, improved filtering for dispatched resources and enhancements for accounts managing Purchase Orders.
Thank you for all your support and feedback this year. We look forward to sharing our planned features coming in 2025!

Forms
Users can now quickly duplicate an existing row on a web form by clicking the new copy action available on the left.
This action will create a new row directly underneath and duplicate any previously completed text fields. Useful, if you need to quickly attribute a resource’s hours to more than one WBS Activity or split hours between more than one billing rate.
This action does not support images or other attachment types that may be included on a row.
Dispatch
We now have the ability to limit which Employees and Equipment are available to select on Crew Timesheets strictly to those that have been scheduled/dispatched to a Job.
This feature is currently only supported on the web. It will require the assistance to our Support team to implement to your account and mobile (Android & iOS) support will be coming in 2025.
Purchase Orders
Previously, it has only been possible to mark a Purchase Order’s Approval Status as ‘Completed’ if the ‘Receive Completely’ or ‘Receive Remainder’ actions are used.
This can create friction for accounts that frequently use the ‘Receive Partially’ action until no additional NRB items are left on the order. Purchase Orders may end up fully received, but the status associated with the order does not indicate that it’s completed.
To prevent this, we’ve introduced a Mark as Complete action that will allow authorized users to manually change the Approval Status to Completed.
This feature will require the assistance to our Support team to implement to your account.
We’ve also updated our NRB Report to include a quick filter for Billable and Non-Billable NRB items, as well as a new column entitled Total Remaining that will surface any discrepancies between the amounts charged on a Ticket relative to the original amount of the NRB.
