Enhanced Digital Approval Stamps
We’ve improved our digital stamp to support high-volume approval workflows. While Aimsio has previously allowed for image-based stamps, this update introduces the ability to store and map metadata directly onto the stamp for a more professional and accurate approval process.
When an approver receives a document, the digital stamp now automatically populates with existing ticket data, such as AFE numbers and Cost Centers. This eliminates the manual effort of downloading, editing, and re-uploading PDFs.

Automated Data Mapping: Key fields from your field tickets are now mapped directly to the stamp interface for a more seamless approval experience.

Cached Fields: The “Approver Code” field caches values in the browser, so frequent approvers don’t have to re-enter their ID on every ticket.

Configurability: We are launching this functionality with a standardized template for CNRL, but the system is designed to support any major producer. As we continue to expand our library of supported producers, we can work with you to enable similar automated stamps for your other primary clients upon request.
