What’s new in version 22.07
New Features
Web
- You can now account for Statutory holidays using the Payroll module. Prior to this release, you were only able to extract timecards for people who actually worked during a given period. This meant that if someone didn’t work on a Stat holiday, they weren’t accounted for. Now, an employee can be eligible for pay, regardless of whether they worked on that specific day. You can include union eligibility rules, too. For example, if a union requires a person to have worked 15 days out of the past 30 days prior to the Stat holiday, you can specify that. Once it is deemed that a person is eligible, the actual amount is calculated using the Average Day Pay field in the Employee profile.
