Hierarchical Sales Tax Support

We now support hierarchical US sales tax requirements. You can define rates in Master Data > Sales Tax and reference them in the Job. Any invoice created for that job (as long as Invoice Type is Job Specific) will have its line item sales tax prepopulated.
