Ticket Breakdown Report
We’ve added more granular controls to the Ticket Breakdown Report to help you isolate the exact data you need for your operations.

Form Status Filter: You can now filter your reports by Open or Closed status. This makes it easier to separate tickets currently in the field from those that are finalized and ready for billing.

NRB Type Column: A new column has been added to identify the specific Non-Recurring Billables (NRB). You can now see at a glance whether an item is classified as a Rental, Material, Mobilization, or other custom type.
Surcharge Calculation
We’ve updated our surcharge logic to ensure “Form Totals” and “PDF Totals” match perfectly, even when using rates with multiple decimal places. If you would like to revert to the previous calculation method for your account, please contact our team at support@aimsio.com and we will make the switch for you.
