What’s new in version 25.21
Starting this week, accounts can now edit amounts when releasing retainage. We’ve also introduced a new Dispatch report for tracking equipment usage. Read on for details!

Retainage
We’ve improved our support for retainage this week by allowing accounts to edit the amounts being released on an invoice, making partial amounts possible.
When a retainage invoice is created, amounts can be changed by double-clicking the Rate column and making an adjustment before saving.
Support for multiple line items and tax rates is possible too. Aimsio will store edited amounts and release alternately taxed items separately.
When the next retainage invoice is created, Aimsio will release the remainder. This process can be repeatedly as many times as required.
Report Center
We’ve released a new report to help dispatchers more accurately track their Equipment usage across Jobs. The new report is accessible in the Report Center.
The Equipment Dispatch Assignment report gives accounts the ability to track Job assignments across a date range, providing the number of days and percentage the equipment has been in use during that time period.
