What’s new in version 25.12
This week we’re laying the groundwork for accounts to begin tracking changes to their Master Data settings. We’re also deploying official support for Personal Equipment Reimbursement.

Master Data
We’ve deployed an update behind the scenes in advance of providing visible version tracking for Master Data items.
Starting this week, we’ll be logging changes to Billable Items, Equipment, Locations and Employees.
If changes are made to the items above, moving forward, Aimsio will store the changes. Accounts will have access to a view history of changes to Master Data items in a future release. We also plan to roll out support for other Master Data items too. Stay tuned!
Equipment
We’ve developed a turnkey solution for accounts that are required to track or pay reimbursements for personal equipment use.
A new section under the Equipment profile allows equipment to be associated with a specific Employee. We support Hourly or Daily reimbursement rates and can also allocate reimbursements to the Employee if the equipment is being used by another Employee.
Aimsio will track usage via the Equipment table on a Timesheet or Ticket. When Timecards are processed, a separate Timecard will be created that includes the total reimbursement for that day.
