What’s new in version 24.01
Happy new year! Our first release of 2024 includes improvements to Dispatch and our Client Portal. We also have some performance issues patched for our users on Android and iOS. Read on for details.
Dispatch
We’ve introduced a small feature tailored to organizations managing large lists of Trades. When editing a Dispatch assignment, it’s now possible to restrict the available Trades to only those available on the Price Book for that Job. This feature extends to Placeholder assignments too.
- When using the Job Board, access the new option by editing an existing assignment with the action button on the right and selecting View.
- When using the Job Timeline, locate an existing assignment, right-click and select Edit.
- To restrict the available list of trades by Price Book, uncheck the Show All Trades? option.
Client Portal
Two new improvements have arrived to our Client Portal this week. They relate to users sending approval reminders or voiding requests.
- It’s now possible to extend the original expiry of an approval request when sending a reminder to your approvers.
- For users needing to void a pending approval request, we’ve provided an option to forgo sending an automated email that would indicate to an approver that the request has been voided.
Android & iOS
- Various backend fixes have been deployed to improve performance across iOS and Android.
