What’s new in version 25.22

We’re making markups a standard part of our Time & Material Estimates and letting accounts surface their Physical WBS Progress on Tickets. Enhancements coming to our Microsoft Azure Database integration too. Read on for details.

Estimates

Starting this week, accounts will have the ability to quickly add markup percentages to their rates when completing a Time & Material Estimate. This is in addition to discounts, which are natively supported.

When completing an Estimate, accounts will find new Type, Rate Adjustment (%) and Adjusted Rate columns in their billing tables. Users can choose either a Markup or Discount type, which will influence how the Rate Adjustment % is calculated.

We’ve also provided the ability to show or hide these adjustments on the PDF version of the Estimate. The options can be found under the PDF Settings.

If accounts choose to show the adjustments on the PDF, they’ll appear as such.

Tickets

Accounts that record their Physical WBS Progress on Tickets will now be able to demonstrate that progress on the PDF version of a Ticket.

The option to show or hide Physical Progress is located under the PDF Settings on a Ticket.

The Physical Progress Information table will appear alongside any billing activity when the PDF version of the Ticket is generated.

Microsoft Azure Database

Over the next couple of weeks we’ll enhancing our Microsoft Azure Database integration by increasing the amount of data that can be synchronize back to a database.

Starting this week, accounts will be able to sync Aimsio Contacts and Locations.
