What’s new in version 23.19
Compliance
We have made a couple of small improvements to our Compliance dashboard this week.
- When the date of a certification is set to validate an employee’s eligibility to work by the Job Start Date, we’ve adjusted how these certificates are presented in the dashboard.
- In the Not Certified Tab the Certify By column will indicate that it’s Job Specific. These were previously listed as Optional.
- We’ve also added an Expired By column. If an employee had a active certification previously acknowledged, Aimsio will provide the last available date their certification expired.
Security
To ensure the integrity of each user account is not compromised, we’ve introduced a mechanism that will lock users out of their account after 10 failed password attempts.
Users will be required to reset their password before attempting to log in again. For more information see:
