What’s new in version 23.15
Approver Portal
For approvers that are using an external application (ie: Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam, etc.) to mark up and sign documents, we’ve introduced the ability for them to upload their PDF directly back to you through Aimsio.
This feature requires approvers to sign up for a free Aimsio account for access to our Approver Portal. While logged in, they can access a historical record of all documents they’ve approved and conveniently approve future requests. We recommend having them bookmark our login page for quick access.
- Approvers download the document from Aimsio when an approval request is sent. The PDF is then signed and noted with an external application.
- Then uploaded back via the Client Portal.
