Client Portal / Approval Statuses
For customers using our Client Portal to digitally approve documents, we now support the ability for Client Portal statuses to automatically influence an internal status field. In other words, it’s no longer be required for a user to have to additionally change an “Office Approval” status field after a document has been sent, or when a document has been approved.
- Here we have two documents that have been sent for approval. Once they were sent, the CP Approval Status was updated to Pending and the Office Approval status was updated to “Sent to Customer”.
- Once approved, both the CP Approval Status and Office Approval statuses were updated accordingly.
Security
- To enhance your accounts security, we’ve reduced the number of allowed failed login attempts from 10 to 6 and reduced the lock-out time to 30 minutes.
- Authorized users can now unlock another user’s account by resetting their password from the Master Data > Employee page.
