Improvements
Compliance & Dispatch
- We have made adjustments to our Compliance module in order to streamline compatibility with our Dispatch features. Prior to this week’s release, we provided users with the ability to attribute Job-level requirements using “optional” certificates. When filtering for qualified employees, these types of certificates were not acknowledged by our Dispatch Compliant Filter.

This week, we deprecated the use of optional certifications. We now surface every certificate in your system by default, making them all assignable at the Job-level and ensuring they are all compatible with Dispatch.
- Company-wide certificates will still function the same. They are not assignable and are required by any employee intending to be dispatched to a job.
- On the Compliance dashboard, all certificates will be immediately visible and searchable, without the required optional filter. For more information on working with our Compliance module, please see our Product Guide.
Purchase Orders & NRBs
- We now support both the export and import of NRBs from a Job’s Non-Recurring Billables tab.
- We have also worked to ensure terminology found through a Purchase Order workflow is consistent with user expectations. This includes ensuring the naming conventions found when listing items on a PO form are consistent with when items are received, as well as how NRB naming conventions are better understood when billing back these charges on a ticket.
